Clare McManus

Clare McManus is an experienced hockey scout and player advisor with a background spanning junior, amateur, and professional hockey. Sereved as an East Coast Scout for the Aberdeen Wings NAHL, identifying and evaluating players for recruitment, tenders, and the NAHL Draft and camp. As well as scouting roles with the Fort McMurray Oil Barons AJHL, Boston Bruins Scouting Internship Program in the NHL. She was also a junior hockey scout and writer for McKeen’s Hockey, Dobber Prospects, and Future Considerations Hockey, gaining her experience in the media and marketing side of the game on top of scouting.

She is skilled in player evaluation, video scouting, scouting reports and talent identification across North American junior and amateur leagues. She always puts the players first, making sure they are on the right path towards their goals.

Hank McDonough

Hank McDonough brings a player-first perspective to hockey development, advising, and video coaching, backed by experience across prep, junior, NCAA, and professional hockey.

Hank played prep hockey at South Kent School’s Selects Academy, where he served as team captain in 2019, before advancing to the North American Hockey League (NAHL) playing for the Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks, El Paso Rhinos, and Maine Nordiques. He continued his career at UMass Dartmouth, competing at the NCAA Division III level. Following his collegiate career, Hank took his game overseas and is currently playing professional hockey in France.

Alongside his playing career, Hank has built extensive experience working with developing players. He serves as a hockey instructor with Erik Nates Euro Hockey and Benchmark Hockey Camps.  Now working as a player advisor and hockey video coach, Hank draws on his experience through prep, junior, college, and professional levels to help players understand their game, identify areas for development, and navigate the opportunities and decisions that come with through hockey.
